Compact/box is a turntable-sculpture made for playing the compact/tools. 5 Compact/box-modules were produced for the Media-Arts-Festival Dialog in Winterthur/CH and for the Mapping-VJ-Festival in Geneva.
Each of them present another goup of instruments. The visitors are invited to change the locked grooves and thus influence the composition...

Every module is an all-in-one-console, consisting of a turntable, a mono-loud-speaker-system and an amplifier.
