OPENING OF THE LEIPIZIG MUSIC TRAIL
Guidance-System for a musical trail in the city of Leipzig.
The trail has been opened on the 12th May 2012. The work was a collaboration with the Designagency Buero Huennerkopf.
The System is two-parted. A Pylon-sign-system for the Information and a System of steel-marquetery running along the 5km-track as a form of abstract guidance. The opening was a really nice event with lots of musical performances around the city.
Before it has been opened, the Orientationsystem of the "Leipziger Notenspuren" has been published in the bible of orientation-systems "Signaletik und Piktogramme", produced by the DOM-publishers. |

The Leipziger-Notenspur-Project is nominated for the "Sächsischer Staatspreis für Design".
It-s gonna be exhibited at the "Designers Open" in Leipzig 2012.
